Mr. Hunter displayed a profound ignorance that an attorney would shred in a minute. His inference that all real estate agents and referred inspectors are dishonest discredits anything he says on the subject. Fortunately, most agents and inspectors know that the only way to have longevity in this business, is to practice the “Golden Rule”

Experience shows, at the end of the day I’m sure everyone will say, they could have done things a lot better. Let’s face it, the crossed t’s and dotted i’s never really get tested until something goes south and this has gone south. Until then, it is with the courts.
